The organisation DGB-Youth

The DGB-Youth is an organisation of young trade unionists with about 500.000 members. It´s a lobby organisation of young workers, students and interns.

The DGB-Youth gives legal advices to interns and part-time jobber on a free internet forum. DGB-Youth established a forum in the internet, where interns can give notes to their company wether the internship was fair or not. fairwork and the DGB-Youth advice interns, who want to defence themselves against exploitation and go to court. Together, both organisations organise public discussions with politicians, employers and interns.

DGB-Youth made a first study about the situation of graduated interns in Germany.
